I know most of these reviews are left by patients but from someone who had to actually work with this man, I can tell you he is an awful human being. He is horrible to staff every chance he gets and yelled at me on the phone for 10 minutes-demanding the impossible and acting like a spoiled child when he didn't get what he wanted. I have never been treated so horribly in a work setting and was disgusted with his behavior. I've heard multiple horror stories from other staff having to work closely with him and I don't think it matters how knowledgeable someone is. Kindness is everything in a word like this.

Very incompetent staff at Main St. office. Rescheduled my next appointment at the wrong location. Must wait about a half hour for phone calls to be answered. Something is wrong here that no one is addressing.

Really all he cares about is bringing money in. Won't let you have blood drawn at another place

I am extremely angry about a situation I encountered at Dr Charles’ office this morning. I skipped breakfast and drove in to give a blood sample at 7:00am only to find a sign up stating that the lab would open at 9:00am. This was completely maddening since I changed my morning routine just to do this before work. Not only was I inconvenienced today, but now I have to do this again sometime soon. Couldn’t the office found somebody to cover the lab so it would be open at its normal time? If I had missed an appointment at this practice, I would be charged for it, yet I have no recourse here. I wonder how many other patients have come in early today for blood work only to find they’ve wasted a trip. If this ever happens again, I’ll find myself a new physician!

I have had long standing joint pain and fatigue. Seen multiple doctors. Staff was amazing Nurse who asked many appropriate questions during my rooming. Doctor spent significant time going over her history and made several very helpful suggestions of improvement quality of life would recommend to anyone

I saw doctor at the recommendation of family. Have many illnesses arthritis chronic fatigue. Team was very friendly nurse was incredibly engaging. He gave me many suggestions of improved by quality of life I'm grateful

Recently changed physicians I had long-standing symptoms Staff was friendly during intake. Doctor asked lots of relevant questions testing and evaluation revealed serious problem that was treated and I will maintain good health

Staff rude. Nurse was cold. Robotic. My questions not addressed. Previous results were not reviewed. Didn’t get my question addressed. Had to pay most of my large bill due to high deductible. Went to an urgent care type facility 3 days later to get my problem treated which cost more money.

Pleasant staff upon check-in room provided. Attentive nurse. Spent a great deal of time helping understand my current medical situation medications and allergies. Dr. stent a long time with me helping to diagnose my problems. Nursing staff follow-up with laboratory and x ray tests great referral to subspecialist

Dr. Charles has a great team. His nurses who groomed me and did an EKG treated me respectfully and seemed very interested in my health and well-being. The front and staff was amazing friendly and smiled as they could probably telemetry was nervous. The doctor listened all my concerns made sure was up-to-date on my health screening activities and set me to some really good subspecialists I will be able to communicate with the team on the portable both his nurse and himself have responded when I needed help
