Dr. Richard Allan Chase, MD

I've had several visits to Dr. Chase's office and they all have been excellent experiences. I have been helped with genuine concern, a friendly/happy atmosphere as well as efficient and effective treatment. I do have one issue with NSC. The phone message says, "To scedule an appointment press 1." The person who responds does not have access to scheduling. That person must take a message and have the doctors representative call you back. This is inconvenient for the patient. Again, this has nothing to do with the helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff or with the excellent service provided by Dr. Chase

Recently, my husband had an APPOINTMENT with Dr. Chase, which took 2 weeks to get after a referral being REQUIRED (not our insurance requirement) & a "review". We were early for the appointment, the PA who came into the room was 20 minutes later than the app't time; he knew LESS about what was involved & how to treat my husband's back problem as explained thoroughly by my husband and any possible pain management procedures, aside from surgery and an insert of a invasive electrical implant to regulate pain into my husband's back. Otherwise, he'd be be referred to a surgeon. My husband has already seen a neurosurgeon and is looking for PAIN MANAGEMENT. Dr Chase never showed up. Guess the Hippocratic Oath is becoming more & more meaningless in Tucson.

Hes always understanding, kind compassionate! I was able to see him today on the 17th and my appointment was on the 23rd. His staff are awesome people. Thank you so much for all you do!

I have been to a lot of specialists in my life and he is the best I have ever come across not rude or thinks he knows it all he listens to everything the patient has to say then goes on that not just what he thinks it is just cuz he read it in a textbook not all things are the same and he takes that into consideration very excellent and nice Dr couldn't ask for anything moreand appreciate everything that they've done for me and the timely manner everything has been done in
