This review is an update to my previous review, posted as, ‘Bad Day’ since I cant remove the other post. Dr. Cho called me today to apologize profusely for this whole situation. He knows the phone system doesn’t work-no one is available between 4 and 6. He was adamant about making sure that I got the care I needed and had made changes with a pharmacy on a Saturday to do so. I should also mention that I wrote the previous review while experiencing some of the worst emotional side effects of my life, and made the situation larger than it was through my fogged perception. The side-effects were directly due to my insurance company being inflexible about brand vs. generic, and that has nothing to do with Dr. Cho. I will continue going to Dr. Cho’s offices for care now that we have sorted out this situation.

Dr. Cho listened and ordered tests that were reasonable and helped with my diagnosis. He was thorough in his explanations, but also open to what I had to say. Given that my diagnosis was a bit complicated, he did a great job eliminating things until we found an answer.

Dr. Cho is an excellent doctor very thorough with testing before coming to final diagnosis. He follows up, calls to check up after hours. I highly recommend Dr. Cho. All of the staff that I have dealt with are professional and courteous, too.
