Most Excellent there is no one better!

I have been going to Dr. Chu for years. I even refer patients to him, that's how good I think he is. When I sent my own kid, copayment was initially waived as the insurance will be billed first. After examining the lesion on his legs, he said he doesn't know what it was and would like us to see a colleague somewhere else. So yeah, okay my PPO insurance was billed and paid for. After a few days, the bill for copayment was sent by his office biller. WOW! Really? They want me to pay more with an unknown diagnosis??? Can they be a little bit more considerate? Why does it all have to about MONEY nowadays? The practice is busy so ease of appointment is fair. We were the last patient seen for the day and he saw my kid <10 min. No follow up after our visit.

He is a good doctor. No complaints.

I have been visiting Dr. Chu's office for many years now. He is the greatest! I had a severe case of psoriasis and I felt like I was going to die. I went to Dr, Richard Chu, and he had me spot free in no time!He is very calm and in no hurry. He cares for his patience. He will sit and talk with you and even laugh with a great sense of humor. Very smart man and he can cure you!!!It's like visiting a friend!I highly recommend Dr Chu if you want a good sking doctor!Don
