Dr. Richard Claude Cole, MD

I've been going here over 15 years now and now take my children here as well. This is a fantastic place with a few exceptions...beware one of the receptionists at the front as she has a tendency to be rude and whatever you do just hope and pray you never need the on call doctor when Jaime Whitlow is working because she doesn't like to call back and when you finally get her to (for example it took 6 hours for me to get a call back tonight and this is not the first time) she is incredibly rude and belittling to your situation. If you can, get Kim Compton because she is absolutely wonderful and by far the best thing to ever happen to that facility!! My star review related to provider care is based on the care I consistently get from Kim alone and not a review of the other staff.

Dr Cole is extremely kind and attentive as my husband's physician for many years.My husband is disabled, and Dr Cole has always been very patient with his problems and will see him on very short notice. Has even called him at home to check on him after seeing him in the office to make sure he was getting better on the current treatment. Very caring and protective of his patients.
