Dr. Richard Alan Conn, MD

??WARNING ?? In my opinion this is one of the worst medical practices I’ve experienced. This Dr and his staff appear to be completely unorganized, which is not only irresponsible, but dangerous. This was the case with my family member at least. She was to have follow up tests after almost dying from pneumonia. The office failed to order the tests and send someone to collect blood as they said they would. After multiple phone calls, this still failed to happen. When question, Emily who claimed to be the office manager became defensive, childish, and irrational. After questioning her again why these tests were never ordered or carried out, she hung up on me. This seems more like a ?? practice than a medical office in my opinion. I wouldn’t trust them when anyone’s life, let alone someone I love. I suggest you think before you trust your health and well being to this practice.

Absolutely horrible experiences. This office is EXTREMELY unorganized and lacks any sense of professionalism. The lack of organization is in my opinion scary to say the least. If you or someone you love goes to this practice you should reconsider your options.

Doc and his staff are wonderful and very helpful.

Very pleased with Dr Conn, his nurse practitioners and staff. They take their time with you and are very thorough. Recommend.

Almost impossible to get an appointment with Dr. Conn if you are actually sick. During three seperate phone calls-- a secretary told me that I have a virus without even asking my symptoms. She told me to try over the over the counter medications -- even after I told her that I had to see a Dr. at MedExpress and that they had told me that I have bronchitis.

great, caring , compassionate, doctor and staff - will do whatever it takes to get the the root of your problem. Would recommend to all, and I, actually do!

Switched to Dr. Conn and happy with my choice. Can always get an appointment quickly if I need one, usually the same day. Has evening hours. Usually a very short wait to see the doctor. Staff is very friendly. Spends more time with patients than most doctors I've seen. Good bedside manner.
