Dr. Richard Evan Crandall, MD

I had gotten injured at work and had to get my finger operated on and was recommended Dr. Crandall. He was very professional and told me everything that was going on within and gave me a very detailed descriptions about my injury, he pushed to get my surgery done sooner rather than later so I could heal up quicker. His staff that I talked to on the phone and at his office were amazing! They were so helpful and super kind from checking me in and questions I had on the paperwork, to telling me exactly what to do and where to go for surgery. All around I thank Dr. Crandall and his team for their professionalism and all they did for me to help me through the surgery. I would recommend him to anyone going through this type of surgery!

This office was so helpful in my Work Comp case. I thought the office staff was very nice and that Dr. Crandall took time and listened to all of my complaints and ordered tests to get the correct diagnosis of my problem. I would definitely recommend him for injuries at work

Do not go here. His office staff is made up of several older ladies that are down right rude. Beware.

Dr. Crandall tried to say my issue was carpal tunnel. For three years I have not been able to use my dominant hand, and finally had a real doctor fix my thumb, which had to have one joint frozen (permanently disabled now) and the other joint repaired. My current doctor who is fabulous couldn't believe how broken my hand has been since the injury date. The office staff is quite rude too.
