Kind compassionate smart

Dr Crane actually cares about you and I truly feel it. He took his time reviewing my test results and created a treatment plan that I’ve been sticking to and seeing results. That’s a lot to say when pain was all I was feeling for every day of last year. Fortunate to have found him. Highly recommend him.

Dr crane has been treating me for the last few years and is the reason why I am still alive today and living independently and not in a nursing home. We need more doctors like him in the world.

Dr Crane is the best Rheumy in the US. He never discarded or disregarded my symptoms and took into account every auto immune disorder I experienced. I cannot recommend him enough for saving my life and giving me some sort of quality of life back.

Dr. Crane is wonderful. His staff is great. When you make an appointment, you are seen on-time! The facility is wonderful and e-rays are done and evaluated, on the spot!

What can I say but that he is definitely in a league of his own. Dr. Crane along with his supporting cast, which includes Ms. Galina, Ms. Polina, Ms. Martha, Ms. Agnes and Mr. Mark, give me something to look forward to each month. Together they have managed to get a grip on my arthritis. This Musculoskeletal Symposium feels a lot more like home than a clinic. Keep up the great work and please don't ever change!!! Thank you for all that you do!

A great doctor with an amazing staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crane for a few years now. While my musculoskeletal condition continues to debilitate me on a daily basis, my monthly visit to his office has become a relief of sorts. In a world which chooses to define you by your disability, Dr. Crane as well as his team goes above and beyond and out of their way to not only make you feel like a human being but also remind you the same. Ever since I began seeing Dr. Crane, he, along with Ms. Galina and Ms. Polina have played an active roll in seeing that my needs or rather, special needs have been met. Whether it is securing home health aide services at home or requesting reasonable accommodations as a result of my disability, they have never shied away from helping me. On the contrary, if not for their persistence and eagerness, I would most definitely be in a far worse place â??physically and sociallyâ?? than I find myself today. You are never just a number or last name here, they make an effort to know you and… your condition. Something I have never experienced at any other doctors office. Thus, the reason why I have remained a patient of his. Rheumatoid Arthritis is not like a cold, it doesn't just go away. How you look on the outside almost always doesn't truly reflect the pain your feeling on the inside. Hence there must be a reason why RA is considered an invisible disease. But you will never find yourself defending your symptoms, a habit that we patients develop after we have tried every medication and injection available but nothing seems to work. What separates Dr. Crane and his team, is their expansive knowledge and understanding of arthritis including the mystery which surrounds it even to this day. So while they are actively researching ways to permanently free us of our pain, they do their best to eliminate what triggers an arthritis flare â?? STRESS â?? from our lives. I often times feel that a mere 'thank you' pales in comparison when I think about how much I have accomplished solely due to their unwavering support, devout dedication and continued support. Then again, Dr. Crane, Ms. Galina and Ms. Polina are not just another medical practice, they are every arthritis patients dream team. Thank you for remembering that deep down inside of all your patients exists a human being and thank you for never preying on our vulnerability.

Dr. Crane is an excellent doctor. He's very thorough, kind, considerate, and very bright. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Crane for many years now , and as we get older we appreciate him even more. We never feel rushed, and if we have questions he answers us in a very kind manner, and if he's not quite sure about something he will order additional test until he gets the answer. I would highly recommend Dr. Crane.
