Was iffy at first but everyone in office was very nice and put me at ease!

My first visit to Doctor Craven's office was not pleasant...The perception of my first visit to his office was one that I can only portray as an attitude of "you're bothering us". I didn't feel comfortable at all in this environment. In general I felt as if I was a Nuisance to all and that my medical appointment only meant the amount of dollars to be received from my medical insurance.

Great physician, very professional

The first impression leaves a strong impression as many of us know in the professional field. My experience upon my first phone call to Dr. Craven's office was definately NOT pleasant. The receptionist IMPOLITELY answered the phone and even hung up on me in midst sentence. I attempted to call again, but the receptionist DISRESPECTFULLY had placed the phone on "after-hours" mode during regular business hours (10:00am). This type of conduct is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. My lasting impression? -- OFF-PUTTING AND OFFENSIVE!
