He will take time for you. He will take his time diagnosing you. I recently went to a Rheumatology Doctor and got diagnosed with Lupus. Dr. Cross asked me questions on what the doctor did to get that diagnoses. After I told him he wanted to get more testing done to make sure its Lupus. He is doing everything and MORE in his power to save my kidneys! What more can you ask for? 15 years + as his patient!

don't like. he seems to only care more for the money then his long term patients.

He took time to talk to my mom and I. He was FANTASTIC!

I observed Dr Cross - spent more than enough time with each patient when I took my father in. He drew pictures and explained everything in detail. He prescribed a new medication, which helped my father tremendously. The only negative response is getting in touch with him. When you call the kidney center, you must leave a message. Someone returning the call is questionable!!! I will address this with Dr Cross on our next visit.
