Dr. Crum did everything necessary and more in my heart care. I had 85% blockage. I had bypass surgery on three veins. Dr. Cook did my surgery. In the last year and a half, I have dramatically improved. I don't think I would be alive today without Dr. Crum.

He is the rudest doctors I have ever seen! No bedside manner at all , does not care at all about his patients. I will most definitely be finding myself a new doctor who actually cares for their patients.

I would give 0 stars if I could. He made me go through 2 terrible procedures on my esophagus which were not needed.

I would give 0 stars if I could. He claimed my chest pain was caused by my esophagus. I had to undergo an endoscopy and then a esophageal manometry and ph bravo test. These last two procedures have left me ill for a very long time. I had called him a while back and asked him for some chest medicine. He gave something that caused me to be be dizzy and have headaches. I have been calling Crum's office for four days now. Today, this lady said that Crum now claims my chest pain is caused by anxiety. This is ridiculous. I have been on anxiety med for 30 years. PLEASE LIST TO ME WHEN I TELL YOU DO NOT GO TO CRUM!

He explained the procedure. Answered every question. Brought out picture of what he did during the procedure. Explained what we should expect. No nonsense Doctor. Told us what we had to do to prevent this from happening again.

I've never felt so at ease with a doctor. I was cared for every second and he checked on me multiple times throughout the day. When I left the hospital I felt 100% better than when I first arrived.
