Dr. Richard H Davis Jr, MD

I wish I had read reviews before I agreed to make an appointment with Dr. Richard Davis M.D. He was rude and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. I filled out all the paperwork before I got there with all my medical history he didn't even look at it maybe my name. The office sent for all my other cardiac Dr. records and even the hospital records when I had my heart attach (8) years ago. I have been fine ever since except for a little low protein level after surgery to remove a polyp the month before I seen this man. I asked him about some other surgery I wanted to have and he would not agree to let me have it unless I had a chemical stress test. I do not want to have one I hve been fine for (8) years why do I need one. I then asked him to renew my heart medication and he told me to see my internist. That is the first time any cardiologist has ever said that before. Like I said very rude I will never see him again. I hope all the other Dr.. in that office are not like… him.

I feel the doctor was rude and did not listen to me. I was treated as though the doctor already knew all the answers, but would not share them with me. I like to discuss problems and treatment with a physician, but this doctor would not share anything with me. If you like doctors who act like school master does with a school child, then you may like this doctor. This doctor seemed annoyed because i was supposed to have had blood tests and other tests. but he did not ask for any tests before the appointment. my doctor could have sent them to him. I canceled a follow up appointment and would not go back to this physician.
