Dr Day my cervical disc a few years ago, The surgery went fine and I was happy with it. However over the past year have developed pain down arms, upper back, dizziness. So I set up another appointment with him. He was 45 minutes late to my appointment. When he reviewed my imaging he said my neck was fine and kept admiring his work on the disc replacement. This was complete opposite of what 2 radiologist said ( MRI and myelogram) The radiologist reports said moderate to severe adjacent segment disease which aligns with my symptoms He totally blew off my symptoms. Also there was artifact which distorted the images. When I read the clinic notes he wrote random things not related to my neck that we never discussed. There was a recent article on Dr Day describing him as a world renowned neruosurgeon. Buyer beware!

Very rude staff. The Anaconda office is the worst. The nurse down there lied to Dr. Day about my appointment. I'm in a lot of pain I'm in a lot of pain and he will do nothing.

Disgusting doctor still in excruciating pain the nurse who runs anaconda it a pathological lier.The staff treats you like shit. Dealing with Dr Day you have to have a lawyer like I did. Disgusting staff. Rude as hell. Dr Day has a God complex. I would be happy to update this after we go to court. I received a sertfied letter from Day saying he is not my doctor anymore. Buyer be ware it's only your health.

Refused referral due to insurance pending, wouldn't even see us! All he cares about is money. They told us to go to a Dr that isn't even ilocated in this state. I would give no stars if I could. This was my second encounter with this Dr. Both were bad. Do your research before going here!!!

Dr. Day and his staff are beyond exceptional! Dr. Day performed a laminoforaminotomy on my back and my severe nerve pain was GONE when I woke up from anesthesia - and has not returned. Dr. Day spent considerable time talking with me before and after surgery to explain the diagnosis and discuss options. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

why not me?????? seems to be a confident Dr. lets you know how it (surgery) really is......pain, pros and cons, decision is yours......scared...…….

I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in my neck on 2 levels. I am from Missoula, and was told by 2 separate doctors here that I needed a fusion. After doing my own research, I really wanted to have synthetic discs. I found out Mobi-C was now approved for 2 levels. No surgeon in Missoula would do, or is trained to do this procedure. I thought I would have to go out of state to get it done. Then I found Dr. Day. He is the only surgeon offering synthetic discs in the area. Recovery time is faster and the outcome with mobility and preservation of surrounding discs is better. He and his staff are very friendly and professional. It did take some time to get in, but that’s because he’s in such high demand. He is an excellent surgeon, and came highly recommended to me from others in the medical field. He did an excellent job on my neck, and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Had a couple of friends tell me Dr. Day did a great job on their backs so I had my Doctor refer me. Went in and didn't even get to see Dr. Day. His PA ordered more test and labs and set me up with an appt. in 6 months. I just wanted to find out what options I might have after an MRI I had already done and was told, by the PA, surgery was it. After thinking about it, I called back four days later and cancelled all labs, which hadn't even been set up yet, and I am now looking for another Doctor. One that will actually see me. His PA told me they are a high volume Dr. office, which apparently means they are too busy to give anyone the proper time or attention they deserve.

Staff worked me into a schedule and treated me very well. Dr. Day was generous with his time and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Day did lower back surgery about 3 years ago. Very pleased with outcome.
