Go elsewhere. Dr. Dobhan is associated with the Endoscopy Center of Pensacola. Unfriendly, semi rude staff dealing with a high volume of patients in a rushed, factory like conveyer belt in and out fashion. No patient privacy. Uncared for facility. Final recommendations from the physician differ from what he said vs what he wrote.

Today I had two procedures done by Dr Dohban and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. He came in introduced himself and rudely told me he would be taking over my care. He talked about a couple things then turned his back and started doing stuff. Before today I had never met him and he in no way made me feel comfortable or confident in him as a doctor. I’m honestly scared to go back to him as I felt like he didn’t even listen to me as a patient. He isn’t me and no one knows my body better than I do. Very disappointed in my experience with him.

Thank goodness for Dr. Dobhan and his assistant Roxy. I had a bad experience at WF medical center and said I would never go back and I found Dr. Dobhan. Love him and his staff

I have been seeing him for over 6 years. I’ve had three procedures. He is very professional but he has a EXCELLENT bed side manner ! Very pleased and highly recommend!

I felt very comfortable under his outstanding care. Genuinely, a nice person in my opinion.

The office staff is not warm or inviting upon check-in. You get directed instead to a kiosk. No smile. No welcome. No explanation. Just “Check in there.” Waited in the exam room 30 minutes before doctor came in. Again, medical assistant wasn’t warm, just a few questions, vitals, then out the door. Dr Dobhan was very warm, engaging, fully explained the procedure I would be scheduling and answered questions. The lady who scheduled me upon check-out was lovely and also clear in her explanations.

Very good visit. The hour and a half wait to see the Doctor was a little protracted, but he apologized for it. I really liked the time the Doctor took explain my present condition, evaluate my current health, and briefing me on what was going to take place during the procedure.

Immediately upon office arrival the environment was warm and comfortable, unlike the crisp, coldness usually associated with medical office visits. Check in was a breeze, user friendly and electronic. The nurse that worked me up was kind and respectful of my privacy. My wait time was not lengthy. Dr Dobhan was realistic, did not act like he as in a hurry, informative, and I really appreciated his time.
