Dr. Richard Craig Dodd, MD

Dr Dodd is great! He always took time to listen to any concerns I had. He got me where I needed to be with my condition. The staff has always been great to work with also. He is to the point but cares about his patients.

Not the right doctor for high aldosterone.

I have been seeing Dr. Dodd for over 25 yrs. He is very caring and extremely knowledgeable. He answers my questions and I appreciate his honesty.

Dr. Dodd does not beat around the bush. He gets to the point and depends on you to speak up about any issues you have. He has always treated me with respect and on the few occasions I' ve had to wait he has given me an explanation and an apology. I am 70 plus years old and I find him friendly and attentive to my needs.

I thought he was going to be open-minded but instead I found a traditional doctor who seemed like he was ready to retire. He didn't listen to any of my symptoms and dismissed them. He just looked at the bloodwork. I didn't need to go to a specialist, my primary care physician is quite good at the status quo. The office was the worst too! The nurse never returned my calls. Only after I talked with the office manager did she start dealing with me. However, that was about a month after my visit. If you want the same old same old go to him. If you want help for your problem and you're in touch with your body, don't go to Dr. Dodd!!!!!!

Find an alternate doctor. They will literally tell you that since you felt so bad for this long, you can feel that way for a while longer. Their patient portal never works because they refuse to send you information to sign up. Must have something to do with the signs plastered on the wall when you walk up to the check in counter saying they can charge you for copies of your medical record. Also, wow on Dr. Dodd's nuse... never felt like cattle before. She will literally herd you into a room, take your vitals, and blow you off in a New York minute. Oh, don't bother calling for test results, leave all the voice mails you want, you're going to be stuck wondering what they are until they can squeeze your money from you and not treat the problem. 'See you in 2 months', says the doctor to the patient who has been feeling like garbage for years. 'we'll test you again then', says the doctor when you had previous results from an alternate lab verifying the problem. 'Treating you now will be a… waste of the insurance companies money', says the doctor to my face. Thanks Dr. Dodd, but you already made yourself welcome to my money.

After waiting 2 hours got meds that needed blue cross ok and Tessa the nurse couldn't even get it done in three week and called and said insurance deny the type and I need to call them a pick another brand. I call the company and they said none of that was true, when I called Dr. Dodd back three hours later they call me and said no meds where needed. Huge waste of time and money!!!!

I almost always have a good conversation with Dr. Dodd. He understands my situation, and knows his stuff. He's up on recent research and good practices. I always take the earliest possible morning appointment (not only here but with every Dr. I see). Including waiting room, lab for blood draw, nurse interview, waiting for doctor, and actual time with Dr. Dodd, I'm usually out in 45 minutes - good by any standards. By mid-late morning any doctor's office is going to be behind in their scheduling. I think they should all build in some slack time, but after all, time is money.

not caring at all. after waiting over an hour for a scheluded appt., he doesnt spend more than 5 min with the patient. very rushy and doesnt solve problems, just wants you to keep coming back.
