Did not feel like a valued patient and more like an insurance payment.

Not flexible with appointment times once you become a patient. They did not know what I was there for. Did not have any of my records and would not fill any of my non narcotic script meds without them. Won’t do video or audio chat when all the other docs in the US are during the pandemic.

This "Doctor" along with the staff treated my husband like he was a drug addict. Threw accusations of seeking opiates, 2 prescriptions for non narcotic meds and they weren't even wrote down in his file. The Dr said that he never gave my husband a script. My husband told him he did. Cant document prescriptions or actually talk to a patient but is quick to assume. Shame on you Dr. Donnini for acting like you are willing to help people but treat them like crap and like an addict!!

only seen the man three times which once included seeing him for an appointment. Nurses he made you see had a nasty attitude, didn't show she cared and didn't check you when you have appointments. Not caring, don't listen to you just brush you off. Could never give answers just rotating me back and forth to other people which they didn't know answers to than they just started ignoring my questions. They did paperwork wrong or didn't do it at all. Discussed when you just trying to get better to be better

You are not treated like a person but a drug seeker. The Doctor does not listen to you and they do not want to help you. I do not trust the Doctors here. I do not recommend Dr.Doninni.

This man has lied about everything he said. Has cost me a lot of pain, stress and money. Is careless with documents and peoples information.

Did not view files and missed important information for treatment.

I know My husband followed his pain contract, they were way below the standards of care! They tried to say he had codine in his system the first time. Heck even their own addict specialist said that was a metabolite of morphine. Then the last test, they said he had alcohol in his system??? Please he never drank! He had been on pain meds for many years. Everyday products you use contain alcohol! So his NP at the time, cut him off of meds he had been on for 17 years until his next appt, because the last test was inconclusive, which meant they couldn't read it??? They screwed up and he passed away because of their negligence! He never once broke his pain contract, so unless you know the full story of everyone on here giving bad ratings, keep your opinion to yourself on how we feel.

Most people who give bad reviews did not follow their pain contract. This office doesn't play. Follow the rules and you'll get the help you seek.
