Dr. Richard J Dragon

I would rate higher as I love this office group, but the x-ray equipment is not as comfortable as my last dentist.

I have been seeing Dr. Dragon for over two years now. He is thorough and explains things in a down to earth fashion. He is light hearted and enjoys his work. I will keep go to see Dr. Dragon

I don't live in Nevada any more, but when I did he did all my dental work, and was very informative and professional.

Dr, Dragon punched a hole in my brand new gold crown while initially adjusting the fit. He said nothing about this when I left the office. He was agitated during that visit, I assumed, because the crown rode rather high in my bite, and he was having a difficult time fitting it. I assume he did this with the grinder tool dentists use. During my several visits with him I found him to be fidgety and talkative with his staff, hyper, and not focused on my teeth, not calm or quiet in his manner, and gossiping on one occasion ... "Oh, was so-and-so at the party?" he said, while manipulating tools in my mouth. He had trouble focusing. He had a lack of concentration. I found him unprofessional, but I returned for the crown fit. When I discovered the hole in my crown with my tongue later that day, I refused to return to sit in his chair again. I was later told by another dentist that he should have cemented that hole temporarily and ordered another crown for me. Dr. Dragon knew he… punched that hole right in the top of the crown, and he said NOTHING and gave no follow-up call to me. When I get it removed and replaced, I will take a picture to attach to future review.
