Get ready to be up sold here. Doctor recommends things not covered on insurance and then the office follows up with products to sell to you for 3 times the price. When I asked why it wasn’t covered by insurance, I was told it’s because “it’s over the counter.” The patient is left to decide how necessary the “optional recommendations are.” Since the doctor recommended it, I figured it was necessary. Confusing. I prefer transparency. I recommend you take pictures of the products they are trying to sell you and buy them elsewhere. I have great insurance coverage with no deductible or out of pocket expense…except when I go here. I won’t be up sold again.
