I trust Dr Durocher because I trust his medicine and the corny jokes that help foster a personal relationship between doctor and patient. The front desk is always courteous and flexible in making appointments. He spends a lot of time with each patient which is a double edged sword because that means that sometimes the wait in the lobby is extended past scheduled time.
