The best! So sad he retired

Having clinical/technical skills and having bedside manner (personality) are two separate characteristics. Many docs have one or the other. Less common is a doctor who excels in both. Dr. Richard Eisen is a smart, highly trained and highly competent physician who is also a pleasure to deal with. Medical care does not get better than this.

I had been seen by several other physicians before seeing Dr. Eisen. Dr. Eisen was very thorough. He spent a lot of time with me. I did not feel rushed and I had the opportunity to ask all of my questions. For the first time, I finally understood my condition and treatment options. Best of all, he hit the nail on the head in diagnosing and treating my skin condition. I am very grateful to my friend for referring me to such a knowledgeable and caring doctor.
