Dr. Richard Eisenman is the best Doctor.

I have been attending Dr Richard's office for more than a decade. He has always been thoughtful with a good bed side manner, always listens & works with me to get the nessary things I need scheduled. Very reliable, friendly & accountable

I was seen by Dr. Eisenman, like he did to other patient he got into the room without introducing himself, started typing into the computer and could care less about what I was saying just was in a hurry to schedule an endoscopy (wonder why....he has his own center to do it) saying he did not wanted to miss any cancer he was very rude and not polite at all, even when I said the pills another Dr. gave me did wonders. Looking for another Dr. I do not trust him.

Office staff is hit or miss, most are surly and not happy. If you have a question don't bother asking anyone there just Google it. the Dr i guess is ok but doesn't really care about anything you say as far as symptoms or pain. Just wants to schedule testing and prescribe some pills. Needs a little more of a human side to learn to deal with sick people

Dr. Rich has a really nice office staffed with great people. I too was a "first timer" and was a bit nervous and definitely uncomfortable with the thought of receiving a colonoscopy. I've heard so many horror stories. But Dr. Rich was very reassuring and perhaps my prognosis was a bit better or I was a bit younger than the other reviewer, but I got away without one, though I'll be due in a few years. Overall I was very pleased with my overall experience (not just the good news) and would recommend him to anyone else in need of a consultation, and I do plan to enlist his services when that unfortunate day arrives for me.

This was my first visit to Dr Rich. The office staff was wonderful and the office is beautiful. Dr Rich leaves something to be desired however. He did not introduce himself or even say hello when he entered the exam room. He went straight to the computer to read the hospital report that sent me to him in the first place. Then he introduced himself and we discussed the hospital report. When he said I needed a colonoscopy, I asked if it was necessary. He actually threw his hands up in the air and became very condescending and said that I could do whatever I wanted but to not blame him if I had colon cancer in 6 months. I was shocked! I only asked if it was necessary because I am young and scared. I have heard some horror stories and didn't want a colonoscopy. I was looking for reassurance, not made to feel stupid. He then proceeds to tell me that it was ok to ask him questions as he wanted me to feel fully informed. I had already learned my lesson about asking questions so I said I had… none. I already felt like an idiot and clearly was not going to get any sort of reassurance. I am currently looking for another doctor. I need to trust the doctor who is going to do that sort of procedure and I do not trust Dr Rich.
