Dr. Elia is a caring doctor. He will take his time to address your issues & he will explain your lab work. I highly recommend Dr. Elia.

I’m sorry to say this because Dr Elia is a very good Dr and I was excited to be my doctor. but unfortunately the people working the front desk is really really rude people and Dr Elia should read all these review otherwise, he will lose a lot of customers.

Im not sure which office the Karens commenting on the Doctors staff visited. The Staff and the Doc work very hard and are beyond compassionate, may I suggest the haters drive their obese glutes to a fast food drive thru and vent while ordering a happy meal fat A$s

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr.Elia and his staff. I have been in many offices as a pharmaceutical rep and I chose this office as the one I felt most comfortable. His staff has been able to get me in when I needed to Dr. Elia on a short notice and has been very pleasant and friendly. As for Dr. Elia, he has been very knowledgeable , and has taken the time to understand what care I needed..

His staff makes this place 100% unbearable. They are so rude that it gives me anxiety just calling and deal with them. He never speaks to patients himself, so we are left to speak with the women at the front desk, and I’ve never been treated so poorly at a doctor’s office in my life, it’s that bad!! Not only that, but his appointments are quick and he’s rushing to get you out of there. He’s a nice guy, but does not follow up with patients whatsoever. I’m going to find a new place to go.

Dr has a new staff very pleasant and through If I have a problem I am always able to be seen he is a very compassionate man and his staff has gone out of their way to get our senior discounts honored, Try him again if you had trouble with the staff these girls are super!

HIs office staff is absolutely awful. I have been his patient for almost a year, and he is an awesome doctor, but I am so fed up with his office that i have decided to go to a different doctor. It is too bad.

Dr Elia is a fine, caring doctor, however he is not worth seeing with an office staff as rude an unprofessional as they are. In particular to one woman there who calls herself a nurse. Finally found a new doctor because of this. The only reason I gave the staff one star, is this app won't allow to enter zero.

Great doctor, needs to follow up more often as I get "referrals" for things and no one ever calls. The only time I get to talk to him is when I am in an appointment. He has a great demeanor and really seems to care, but I just wish he would follow up with his own recommendations. As far as the front staff is concerned. HORRIBLE! Rude, condescending and unprofessional to the highest level. Dr. Elia deserves a quality office staff.
