Dr. Richard Lawrence Elias, DDS

Dr. Elias is a phony. He puts on an act as if he cares, but it’s merely a show. I have no doubt his surgical skills are adequate, but he charged me a ridiculous sum for a procedure which took no more than 30 minutes. I’m certain he spent more time protecting himself when writing the consent than in doing the actual surgery. He also lied about what he did during the procedure, but I have no way to prove this. Moreover, he never called me after my surgery to see how I was feeling. Listen, if you need an implant or wisdom tooth extraction, I’m sure he’s adequate. For a complicated case like mine, go elsewhere. His staff is lovely, however. But don’t expect anything special from him. It’s more like a job for him than a passion to help others.

My husband was a big chicken and needed a tooth extracted. Dr. Elias allayed his fears and extracted the tooth with great proficiency and my husband needed absolutely NO recovery time. Thanks to the courteous and kind staff and great doctor!
