Dr. Richard Charles Feldstein, MD

Dr. Feldstein is the best doctor ever. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and explains everything to you. He answers all questions without hesitation. I totally recommend him if you need a gastroenterologist. If I was able to give him 10 stars, I absolutely would, deservingly so. I highly recommend Dr. Richard Feldstein..

Love Dr. Feldstein, very professional, but the office does not answer your phone calls unless your a dr. and press 1.Because of this my wife and I are both going elsewhere. Sorry dr.will miss you.

Both my husband and myself have seen Dr Feldstein and we really like him. But we find it very difficult to work with an office where no on answers the phone and they don't call back. My husband has actually had to go to the office to make appt and get medication refills. I will not go back for this reason. He would have gotten 5 stars if his office was different. My time is too valuable to waste when there are other doctors out there who don't work this way. I have never been to a doctor where no one answers the phones when they ring...all the time.
