I visited with Dr. Firshein after being referred by a friend and I’m forever grateful to my friend for the referral & Dr. Firshein for doing what my prior internist of over 15 years wasn’t able to do, Not only did Dr.Firshein inform me of my allergies to foods which were a staple in my diet, but by following his personalized wellness plan my sugar level dropped from what used to be a pretty consistent 6.1-6.4 for the past 10 years to now a steady 5.4. As a vegetarian for over 30 years, I thought I was living a healthy lifestyle. It wasn’t until I heard of and met Dr. Firshein that I became aware of some very important vitamins/minerals I was actually NOT taking all those years ago. He helped me understand my body and now I can honestly say that I am living a better & healthier lifestyle. I have lost 32 lbs, was able to get off of a high blood pressure medication & truly couldn’t be more thankful to Dr. Firshein for his advice and products.
