Aortobilllac repair good.,but should never cut into groin for exploration. Dr. Fowl knew fem-pop bypass surgery done in 2005. Bad infection set in two more surgeries and five months later surgery remove vein , Still infection and problems. Be careful what you agree to have done to you.

I highly recommend Dr. Fowl for surgery. In addition to being an excellent surgeon, he is friendly, kind, genuine, and supportive. He also has a great staff of colleagues at the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Arizona. I traveled from Colorado to have Dr. Fowl perform my surgery because he is the best, so I am very thankful that my insurance provided coverage.

Dr. Fowl is one of the most caring, compassionate doctors I have ever worked with. After 40 opersations I have seen many. He is professional but has a great sense of humor. Other doctors will always be compared in the future to him. Few will meet his match.

I would not be exercising were it not for the genius of Dr. Fowl. I have the most unusual highly, highly rare external iliac artery endofibrosis from being a competitive cyclist and runner/triathlete most of my life. He repaired both of my iliac arteries with spiral graft and a most recent stent. He is amazing, the best surgeon the world has ever known I respect and admire his graciousness and thankful he is here to make my life so much better.
