Dr. Richard J Freniere, DO

This doctor has terrible bedside manner. Listening to your patient's health concerns and responding appropriately without raising your voice and becoming argumentative should be common sense.

Dr, Freniere, failed to listen to my complaints, failed to order blood work, after I told him I felt as if I had a sever infection. He told me it was a virus without doing any lab work and I would feel better in 3 to 5 days. I have since seen my PC and have had numerous blood tests and a CAT scan of my liver. A simple CBC would have proven, I was right because my white blood cells were all out of whack and my liver enzyme's severely elevated. I had to wait a whole week to see my doctor without treatment that should have been started when I saw Dr. Freniere. He actually laughed about my being sick and told me I was lucky not to be born in Afghanistan. If I ever need Urgent Care again, I will NOT see Dr. Freniere again. Besides, the high fever, rapid heart rate, etc, I went to him about, I told him my brother had suddenly passed away and I had to get through a wake and funeral and needed to get meds to feel better soon. He should not be practicing and if this turns out to be… serious, because of his negligence and letting it go an extra week, he will hear from me again.
