Since Dr Garmony was recommended to us by a friend, my husband made an appointment seeking advice about poor control of high blood pressure. The first thing the Dr tried to do is push the taking of a statin and then IMPLY that if my husband didn’t want to do THAT, the Doc would be less interested in hearing the full story of poor HBP control for 40 years, DESPITE being VERY compliant with the “standard of care.” Doc said “I’m a pill guy,” and I’m not interested exploring other options. SO, if you’re NOT interested in trying to find out root causes of your problem, you’re comfortable with NOT questioning ANYTHING, and you’re willing to be talked to as if you’re a misbehaving and ignorant toddler, then Dr Garmony is your guy. Otherwise, leave the office and never return!!

The facts are, I’ve recently been released from hospital. I am a heart patient. In the hospital I was taken off my heart medicine, I had Covid. I was given a very small dose of my Metoporal but then Dr. Garmany raised my dose to a very high dose. I was released with this high dose. I had an appt for an EKG in a few days, I asked about my medicine. No answers, he didn’t know. Asked about night sweats, no suggestions. It was Friday and by Sunday this high dose was causing me to stay in bed, I was dizzy and couldn’t function. I called the office and the answering service said no one is on call this weekend. I asked her what I was suppose to do and she said we will contact you Monday. So, I decided to cut my dose in half, what else can I do I was in misery. I felt much better the next day but no call from Dr. Garmany. I finally called them and the girl seemed sincere in saying, since you’ve called twice I will put an urgent message in. Today is Tuesday and I have not had one call. How… could anyone possibly care? I believe this is mail practice. A nurse could of called, someone could of reached out to me, I’m a heart patient in need of care and proper medication to function.

Takes forever for them to answer their phones. When in the office the girls there seem to be too busy chatting than answering phones or tending to their jobs. Very pathetic office protocol for a doctor office or any business. They also don't bother to call day before to confirm your appointments.

DR. GARMANY DID A GREAT JOB FROM THE MOMENT I ENTERED THE E.R. WITH A HEART ATTACK. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND PUT ME AT EASE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. FOUR STENTS WERE PLACED AND EVERYTHING CAME OFF AS SMOOTH AS A NASCAR PIT CREW CHANGING TIRES. I AM TOTALLY AMAZED AT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. FOLLOW UP HAS BEEN TIMELY AND QUESTIONS AND PROBLEMS WERE HANDLED WITH EXCELLENT PROFESSIONALISM IN A WAY I COULD UNDERSTAND. BEDSIDE MANNER WAS THE BEST AND I HAVE HAD MANY SURGERIES IN MY LIFE. DR. GARMANY CONTINUES TO MAKE SURE I AM GETTING ANY ADJUSTMENT TO MY MEDS SO THAT I MAY BE AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE. DR. GARMANY ALSO SEEMS VERY HAPPY TO BE A DOCTOR WHICH IS SOMETIMES A RARE THING IN TODAYS TOUGH MEDICAL ENVIROMENT. I WOULD TELL ANYONE THAT THEY COULD PUT THEIR LIFE IN HIS HANDS AND HE WOULD DO THE BEST JOB POSSIBLE.
