Dr. Richard Steven Gelber, MD

Dr. Richard Gelber sees both my toddler and newborn. He talks directly to my toddler while he examines her and puts her at ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives practical tips while offering guidance. He also gives you notes so when you walk out you don't have to worry about calling the office bc you forget. He was thorough and patient. He calls back when you ask to speak with him directly instead of the nurse. I definitely recommend him. He's a keeper!

My two children are patients at Cornerstone. We do not see Dr. Gelber by choice but occasionally have to for a sick visit if no one else is available. He has messed up prescriptions for us 3 times in a row. Twice failing to call it in completely and once writing it incorrectly so that the pharmacist was unable to fill it. He was also running so behind on our last appt we had to wait 1 1/2 hours to be seen. We have not had these problems with any other doctor other than Dr. Gelber.
