Unresponsive and likes to hide when a patient has complaints. Does not take responsibility or have concern for problems with heath care delivery associated with reactions to his prescriptions.

A quack, a shyster and a sociopath to boot.

Talk about nasty personality, ill manners and being an all around 7 star jerk.

His main qualification is being a jew which obviously goes a long way in NY. As a person he is a sadistic creep. As a doctor he is incompetent and irresponsible. Interestingly he seems to be writing 5 star reviews for himself at another web site. He deserves minus six stars.

He will always be Dr. Mengele to me. In 1992, while working at St. Vincent's Medical Center, he diagnosed me with Bi Polar Disorder Type I. I had just turned 23. 23 Years later and 7&1/2 years off mood stabilizers, it turns out that it was actually a variant of PTSD. I still have the medical records. His diagnosis, severely limited my life and condemned me to nearly 15 years of dysphoric medication. Beyond the false compliant life, he forced me to live for fear of hospitalization as a result of his "treatment," is the memory of the "locked quiet room" he put me in after being understandably upset at being coerced into entering Reiss 5. He instructed his staff to administer 45mg of Haldol during a 24 hour period, and I had to ingest it as a measure of demonstrating cooperation with staff. It was the only way out of the locked quiet room. He discharged me with 10 mg of Haldol per day along with 1200 mg of Lithium. I drooled and shook so much during my hospitalization under his… care that I looked like I had Parkinson's disease. Living another 23 years after his diagnosis was just surviving.

Ruined my mental as well as physical heath his so called psychiatric treatment..of course he blamed me for all that.
