3 MONTHS UPDATE*** This is my results just after 3 months!!! Yesss only 3 months!! 8 days after the procedure I started using redrestore laser cap and I must say it helped tremendously!!! However, at 2 months I started to experience some pimples that got inflamed and had pus. I just wish I was more aware of this since it’s very common for someone with curly hair but they informed me about it when I went back for a visit. What happens is hair grew and went back in causing inflammation. I tried to get rid of the pus and by doing that I think I lost few hairs but we won’t know for sure until I go back for my final results. I must say, I trust Dr. G and his amazing staff and I know for a fact they will do anything to make sure their patients happy!

The whole procedure went very well. This was my second time. I have complete confidence in PAI Medical Group. Michael & Kimberly were extremely competent & professional in setting it all up and Tabitha has been fantastic in my aftercare. I highly recommend this group.

From my very first consultation with Mr. Ramsey I immediately felt like this was the organization for my needs! The pleasant customer-friendly atmosphere, and overall professionalism was exactly what I expected from a 'Top-tier' organization in the field of Hair Restoration - and that's exactly what PAI delivered! All of the staff aided in my pre/post-OP care beautifully! I must say a big thank you to the ladies that performed the transplant for the 6+ grueling hours (they were soliders)! Ms. Tabatha made everything come together from beginning until my follow-up appointment the next day! She is extremely caring, passionate and very knowledgable about her detail-oriented tasks (she was a huge part in me not losing too many dreads ??). All-in-all, if you're looking for an atmosphere that you can feel confident in and comfortable that you'll get your desired endstate, look no further! This organization has been around for 20+ years for a good reason - they deliver the goods! I wanted to… give a huge shout out to my doctor as well! He was very professional and a 'marksman' at what he does, truly! Thank you once again to the PAI family for helping to restore a little piece of me that I once lost!!! ??????

Well its the 3rd day since my surgery and I'm doing well. The entire staff at PAI made me comfortable thru the whole process. The doctor that did the transplant took the time to sit down and discuss the options I had to get the results that best suited me. Miss TAB was my nurse and she took great care of me and kept me smiling. I'm going to get 1 more transplant before I'm done and they will get my business! A+++++++++++ Like

Katie is very sweet and knowledgable, Tabitha is also great and makes you feel at home. Every one there knows my name when I come in and greet me with smiles. So far it has been a great choice for my hair restoration!

I am three days post-op from my multi-unit hair grafting procedure and my experience with this practice has been exceptional. I researched hair restoration options for nearly a year, including consultations with at least five other providers from across the southeast. I chose PAI because they offered the best option where all of my priorities were concerned: 1) a highly-rated provider who focused solely on hair restoration, 2) results that were impressive and accurately represented, 3) a no-pressure consultation that focused on my needs and questions instead of predatory sales tactics, and of course 4) competitively priced. Being out of state, their virtual consultation option and travel discount were an added bonus. From the outset, Katie was wonderful with explaining the options and answering my many questions. She was responsive by phone and email and made sure that I was comfortable with every step of the process. On surgery day, Dr. Giannotto was thorough in explaining the process… and made sure I was happy with the pre-surgical plan before moving forward. My pain and discomfort was honestly minimal, and he was able to densely pack the grafts for (hopefully) optimal results. I can't want to see how everything turns out. Tabitha has been a true jewel in assisting with my aftercare. She guided me through my post-op hair wash the next day, explained the aftercare instructions, and has made herself available by call or text for any questions or needs during the process. The entire staff, including Kim, Susan and Kimberly have all been wonderful. Thank you for a fantastic experience and making me feel confident in my choice.

2 months ago- The team at PAI was amazing. Michael was available any time I had a question leading up to the transplant. The surgeon made me feel at ease from the moment we met. The entire team geeeted me personally, told me their name, and shook my hand. Lastly, Tabitha was there from the beginning making sure I know everything that is going to happen and giving excellent post op care that continues!!!

5 months ago- From the moment you walked into the door, or called on the phone, they were nothing but amazing! The doctors and staff provided a wonderful experience with ease and comfort. Highly recommend!
