Dr. Richard Trevor Gibbs, MD

My kids and I have been seeing Dr. Gibbs for many years. He takes his time and really talks to his patient. He is the most accessible doctor I have ever encountered. What's great about Dr. Gibbs is that his a GM, an Allergist and a Pediatrician all wrapped up in one Doctor. Recently he was on extended leave when my son was born. Even then he was available via cell phone. I was forced to take my now nine week old son to three visits with another pediatrician. Nothing was noted as unusual during those visits. However, this week I visited doctor Gibbs on his first day back in the office. He immediately noted tremors, which my wife and I had questioned the previously doctor about and something we didn't note at all called fisting. He made prompt referrals to a Children's hospital on the mainland because of his concerns that those small idicators point to possible developmental issues, which if caught early can be mitigated. My wife and I are very grateful.
