Dr. Richard Melvin Gladding JR., DO

I have been seeing Dr. Gladding since 2011. He Knows his trade, so he is a little Gruff, he tells it like it is. My wife is not a fan of his and will not go with me to his office unless, it is important. But she will tell you she is glad he is my Doctor. He might not have a great bedside manor, but you really want him by your side in the OR. Thank you Dr. Gladding

Saw him a few years ago. He was abrupt and about as rude of a person I have ever dealt with. Now I find out he is on the Tri West referral list for the VA; do yourself a favor and go to Tucson if Gladding is your only other option.

Dr Gladding has been my Cardiologist since I moved here to Sierra Vista. You could not ask for a better Dr to have in your corner. His Bedside manner may be a little Gruff, but he is the man to have when you have a Heart Condition.

A really nice person. Easy to talk to. Lets you know clearly what's happening and what you, yourself, can do about it. Listens to you.

Dr Gladding is a great Dr. He cares about his patients, he is very professional and very kind. He ex planes your condition so you can understand it.

I saw the doctor in the hospital. He had me take chemical stress test. The nurse discharged me. Never saw the doctor for results. Also was advised I have chemical bronchitis. I was so k for 20 days, and still do seeing if the test caused the thoracic aorta anueusym I have now. Vein doctor is scheduling me ultrasound, he thinks I may have a abodmen aorya amuersym too. If you can do the physical stress test,do. Also was not advised it could cause a heart attack.

Miserable man. His sarcasm and poor attitude left me speechless. I immediately found a different cardiologist.

On my first visit, I found Dr, Gladding to be very thorough, concerned and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor, to boot! I have had heart disease and surgery over the past 9 yrs and I feel more confident with him than any previous heart doctor I have seen. Can't believe some of the negative comments are talking about the same Dr. Gladding. May need more stents soon but I know I am in good hands.

I would recomend Dr. Gladding to my friends and family. I felt very comfortably with his office staff and Dr. Gladding

Liked him and felt well cared for.
