Dr. Richard Seth Goldberg, MD

Back in 2009, i was in need of psycho and meds. He met with me each month and spent enough time with me in order to understand what my medication needs were. I had to pay outta pocket which was ok as no price is too high to get the treatment i needed. He tried multiple meds with me and even helped my anxiety with xanax, then ativan. I woulda stayed with him, but i lost my job and couldn't afford to see him no more. Even so, he spent 2 months with me no charge to taper me off the benzo's. I never had a complaint. He also had a sweet quiet nature that gives the patients the good feeling about him. Long live Dr. Goldberg. I may even return if i receive my disability that im applying for and will have some money in my pocket to be able to afford him.

I was a patient of his for many years. He was very quick to write certain prescriptions but not others that I actually needed. Then he raised his prices and eventually stopped seeing me for reasons he still refuses to fully explain. I was still very immature when I was under his care and probably gave the wrong impression and/or could not explain my symptoms well enough for a correct diagnosis. Its all good. I referred many patients to him and they are doing well with him. As for myself, after being left in the dust a few years ago I have finally found a very good and caring doctor who I like very much and get along with much better than the G man.

Dr. Goldberg is an excellent psychiatrist, and I would recommend him without hesitation. I actually enjoy each visit with him!
