Husband had bad inflammation in both eyes was treated by another eye doctor He changed the eye medication 3 times over a period of several months Did not work Dr Gotlib had it cleared up in 2 weeks Very concerned and caring doctor

I was very pleased with the office staff. The doctor took his time with me I am a very nervous patient I left there feeling all of my questions where answered . I would highly recommend this practice to all my family and friends .

The Dr. who was very nice, came in a performed a quick eye health exam. He went on to tell me my prescription was very minimal and that I barely needed glasses. I wondered "how do you know?". He signed a prescription based on the exam done by the technician. It was very wrong, not even in the ballpark. I have been retested and my eyes are worse than before and I was told to wear my glasses during all activities. I went to this Doctor because he was covered by my insurance and my eyesight had gotten worse since my last exam 11 months prior (at a different Dr.) and my glasses were no longer effective. I was given an an exam by a technician not the doctor. It was a very quick exam, too quick. I told her that the I could not see the letters without squinting, she never got it right. I was asked repeatedly for my glasses which I had not brought with me (they were no longer effective). I did not understand why they were so concerned with my old prescription when they were supposed to be… testing my eyes themselves. I paid for glasses out of pocket and now have to go through the hassle of getting a second opinion through a Dr. covered by my plan. I suspect that I would have received better treatment if I had better insurance since the low quality of my insurance was mentioned by each staff member I spoke to. I just started a new job and soon will have better insurance but I will not be using it at this practice.
