Dr. Richard Greene, MD

Payment policy is a scam. Be very careful!!! Have to give them a credit card for any charges that may not be covered by insurance and then if you are not setup for paperless statement you get another charge. Been going here for years and have several friends that go here. I am done and will let my friends know about this scam.

3 of us have recently compared notes on our experience at this office and have decided to not return, ever. No one has had the chance to see Dr. Greene himself. We have consistently had poor treatment whereby needing to return for the SAME reason - which shows either a lack of skill or an intentional motive to have patients return to keep business going. Find someone who will get it right the FIRST time! There's also a lack of communication and customer service with the doctor & assistants. Front desk people are great/very helpful.

He is the best MD. His staff is also experienced and follow his lead with patient care.

Pathetic non-patient centered care at this office. I'm in healthcare and timed the encounter with the NP (not even the MD) - grand total of 2 minutes 45 seconds. Next, I was told I would need to come back because they "did not have time" for a biopsy today. Even I know appointments are not scheduled every 3 minutes and if you double book, that's not my fault - it is yours. Take care of your patients and worry less about the money made by having me come back time and time again.

The doctor visit wasn't complete. The nurse was not very patient.

Although I have no quarrel with the doctor's expertise, it is clear that he runs a very busy operation which means that he can spend little time other than to practice his craft. Unfortunately, he has not trained his rooming staff as to how to frame the encounter. How are you? might be nice. What brings you here today? Rather I received a "How can I help you? Well--I am not at Wegman's sub shop and I am certain that you can't help me. It was very mechanical and not at all a positive experience. I can only imagine how someone who is anxious about their appointment might feel. So---Dr. Greene---I appreciate that busy Doctors are probably very good;please take this feedback in the right way. Get your team to be warm and exuberant. There is more at stake than simply taking off a skin tag or zapping a keratosis. The patient's experience matters more than ever.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Greene. After visiting a few different dermatologists throughout my life, I can honestly say that Dr. Greene is the most caring, thorough and skillful doctor. He has treated an array of my dermatological conditions, and he is always very concise in his explanation of each condition and treatment option. I am beyond thankful for finding such a great dermatologist!!!
