Dr Ha did an amazing job. Him and s staff have always been available to answer any questions.

Dr. Ha has the worst office staff ever. From the receptionist Nadia to the scheduler Leslie their customer service skills are sub par. I am sure Dr. Ha probably does a great job but he also needs to work on his bedside manner. Also Leslie should retake a course on basic customer skills 101. Her lack of empathy and her annoying demeanor is the main reason I will not be coming back. I had to cancel my daughter’s upcoming appointment due to the lack of consistency and lack of basic customer service by the office staff. If I could give a zero I would. From the day I came in for my daughter’s consultation I should have know from the office atmosphere that this wasn’t the right fit for us. Most importantly the scheduler’s inability to call back and even after she did (after my 8th call) she didn’t even get my daughter’s birthdate right. When I questioned the time of surgery she had the nerve to ask me but your daughter is 5 & 1/2 or 6 years old.. and I said no she is 21 months you called me… with insurance info so you couldn’t even get her birthdate right? Again another reason of lack of concern. I told my pediatrician’s office about their service and I told them not to refer people to that office with that type of attitude. I will be calling my insurance company and letting them know of this incidence and I will definitely put a review on my health insurance website so people know what they are dealing with prior to going to the office.

He berates his staff in front of patients. In one instance, after he left the room the nurses began speaking ill of his manner. The nurses and staff ended up referring me to a different cosmetic surgeon. I would worry that his staff might get in trouble, but with the rate of turn over...they are probably all gone. More importantly, I have since learned that his methods (at least with injections) don't meet the standard of care. Avoid him at all cost.

I had a consultation appointment scheduled with Dr. Ha. Already having an excellent cosmetic dermatologist, I hoped to build an alliance for future cosmetic work beyond injectables. I arrived early with paper work filled completed for a 2:30 appointment. The receptionist seem harried, uninformed and not service minded. I was shown to the waiting room, and when asked how long the wait, I was told 30 minutes. A call ahead of time alerting me to a 30 minute wait would have been appreciated as it was in the middle of a work day. I questioned the receptionist regarding a credit card waiver form requiring the patient to irrevocably relinquish any and all future disputes that may occur. I mentioned this seemed rather too all encompassing a form, they replied 'it had not been revised yet'. Next I was advised in the waiting room by a uniformed employee that the firm did not accept American Express, I responded that I did have a check on hand. Next, the individual who originally booked the… appointment with me (not the receptionist or the uniformed employee) shown me to an exam room. Once in the room with door shut, this person advised me that neither the American Express or the personal check would be acceptable if I wanted to proceed with the consult or if I decided to proceed with injectables the same day as the consult appointment on 1-31-2019. At this point, I was uncomfortable. The entire interaction seemed one sided, concerned with the doctors time not mine and overwhelmingly fiduciary in nature for a first meeting. I expressed my view of the interaction to the person who had led me to the exam room--she said she was unaware I had been waiting 30 minutes, and what's worse, was unapologetic. Though difficult to verbalize, I expressed the feeling of discomfort and noted that I would be leaving. Today I checked the American Express statement I had noted on my intake paperwork, and it was charged $150 (the consult fee). So in fact the office did accept American Express. Having put forth my sense of unease with the entire interaction and given I was charged the full amount for a consultation, it would have been appreciated to at least receive a phone call the next business day expressing apology that the interaction had not gone well.

During my consults he acted irritated by my questions and his demeanor was quite cold and disconnected. I continued with him because the many positive reviews. I am completely un satisfied with his lack of explanation of post operative care, there was actually no explanation at all. I had to call the office after my surgery. Right before my surgery he came in to do my markings and didn't say but two words to me. Go somewhere else! Don't waste your money on a Dr. who has no compassion or empathy for his patients whatsoever! Terrible bedside manners!

It is a well run and efficient process! The offices and hospital are very elegant and clean, very important. If I had any questions it was answered in a timely manner. I would recommend and go back again! Thank you so much!

After reading the reviews on here about Dr. HA, I thought I had finally found the right plastic surgeon. How wrong was I. The meeting with dr. Ha was very rushed, but it was his staff that was horrific. Christina a registered nurse there, doesn't know how to communicate with patients, is very rude, and doesn't have any empathy for the patients. Out of the several hundred plastic surgeons in the Dallas area, I would not recommend this doctor and his staff to anyone.

Dr. Ha...what more needs to be said!?!?! Page 200 of D Magazine tells the story and what a great read! Many surgeons have a less than warm bedside manner...NOT the case with Dr. Ha. He's an actual real human with real feelings and he really cares. He has always taken the time to listen and understand our concerns and address them fully. He gets what patient care is all about. He truly is a gentleman and a scholar. His team is equally phenomenal! Rhonda has every detail of the surgical process down pat. She can explain things so you understand them. Christina and Tera have such a wonderful healing touch, they really make sitting on the exam room bed bearable. Not to mention the fact that they are available to you virtually around the clock!! They are all angles and we're blessed to have them in our lives!! I highly recommend Dr. Ha and his team for any procedure you require!!
