Dr. Richard Harper is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has dedicated over four decades to eye care and vision health. He earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed his residency training at University Hospital of Arkansas. With 42 years of experience in ophthalmology, Dr. Harper brings extensive knowledge and expertise to treating a wide range of eye conditions and visual disorders.

Dr. Harper practices at two major medical facilities in Little Rock, Arkansas: the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and John L McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital.
