Best Pediatrician ever! Tried three others before Dr.Hines and he is the most caring. He actually loves his job and his job loves him!!

I recommend Dr. Hines to all of the new families in the area. I have been so impressed with him and all of the other doctors in his practice. He has a wonderful bedside manner and spends a lot of time getting to know parents and children to understand their needs and parenting style. Also, when my daughter had a very serious medical issue, the doctors in this practice were very good at getting her the right care and connecting her with top notch specialists. Even though the issue was then being cared for by these specialists, the doctors at Southwestern Medical continued to follow the issue through checking in with us on a regular basis during this very scary time. Their kindness and concern was so appreciated. I should also note that this office has some cutting edge technology with the otoLAM procedure ( a wonderful alternative to tubes). This procedure worked wonders for my daughter that was having chronic ear infections. It was quick and easy with no special care required… and no need to "put her under" with anesthesia.

Dr. Hines has been pediatrician to my two girls for 10 years. He is very patient, makes children feel at ease and is very thorough and takes his time when examining and diagnosing a problem. All the staff at Southwestern Medical are caring and professional.
