The first visit I took my father to see Dr. Holub I felt like the office was in a building from the 1970's. He diagnosed my father with Alzheimer's, he was nice the staff were nice. I have been trying to get back into see the dr for about four months now. We have had to cancel because my father did not like him. I had to cancel yesterday due to the snow. The office manager calls my mother and tells her that my father has not been seen in over two years, and he is now considered a new patient. Then they tell her that he is not taking new patients, and they are referring my father to someone else. I called and confirmed this. I am the one that has been making the appointments and leaving my phone number. They call my mother instead of me totally rude. Now they don't want to see him, because we had to cancel a couple of times. This is unprofessional! I think Medicare needs to know about this.

When I was first diagnosed with cluster headaches. He knew nothing. He had to call a headache specialist (That I consulted with before) for information. The waiting times were terrible, I've waited one time for 4 hours, unacceptable. I left shortly after that.

A visit may take over an hour but not because of waiting

Find another doctor! This one is a dinosaur who will keep you waiting for hours...

I'm sorry to see all that negative reviews about Dr. Holub's staff. I have been a patient for about 5yrs and have seen changes over the years. I think the staff is great. they usually assist patients and have great bedside manner. I can call, even if they are closed and I get a call back. I have even received calls on Fridays and even Sundays. Dr. Holub is very great with patients so is John, his PA. I would recommend this team to anyone.

Dr. Is ok but you never make a visit with out planning on lossing almost 3 hours of your time. The office staff is rude lazy and incompetent.

not happy when everytime you go you get stuck with the PA and not the doctor your insurance is being charged for.the PA is excellent but not happy that's all you are made to see.
