Dr. Richard Todd Husby, MD

Dr. Husby was very nice. Good bedside manner. Explained all I needed to know about my situation. My only complaint is I did not know he didn't accept insurance. Now I am struggling to pay what I owe and they have reported me to credit bureau. I feel they (either the hospital or the doctor) should inform you that you will not be covered by your insurance. Instead I received a huge bill.

Brought my husband to St. Luke’s Patient’s in Pasadena on a Saturday afternoon. Dr. Husby’s attention, questions and answers, and manner with my husband were outstanding. We are glad to have met him.

THE ONLY COMMENT ON THIS DR HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS ABILITY AS A DR. BUT RATHER A BILLING DISPUTE. WHICH MOST DOCTORS HAVE NO CONTROL AND LITTLE KNOWLEDGE. AFTER MY EMERGENCY ROOM CARE WITH DR HUSBY, I WOULD RATE HIM AS EXCELLENT, NOT ONLY IN HIS CARE BUT HIS MANOR.

I was seen by Dr Husby on 2/13/2013 after the death of my son - First of all no hospital should tell a mother that their child is fine and then 3 hours later tell them they have passed - I was sedated shortly after- I was charged $1500.00 then received a bill from Dr Husby for $350.00 for sedating me - I don't think any hospital or doctor should bill someone after there child has passed away in their hospital.
