Unfortunately, we all are not cheery and bubbly in the mornings. That is certainly the case for the staff member that caused me to get a nasty personal rating. My clinic is modern and clean, and the medical and chiropractic doctors are professional and highly qualified. Please do not punish my whole clinic for the unkind act of one grouchy girl, on one early phone call when she was likely alone and answering multiple calls. I do not defend her, but you are welcome to call back and ask for the office manager- Carolyn...you will be treated kindly and we will attempt to make it up to you for the grouchy grinch. I found this chiropractor on my insurance website as a provider. I called the number and was unsure how to pronounce his name. The woman who answered the phone answered only "Doctor's Office". I asked if this was Richard Jach...and trailed off because I did not want to mispronounce. she snapped the correct pronunciation of his name and said, I guess that's who you're looking for, how can I help you? very unfriendly. I asked if they were accepting new patients and she snapped back "always". I then told her she was snappy and needed to be nicer and that I was not interested in coming there. She hung up on me! I work as a receptionist and can tell you I would NEVER address a potential client in such a nasty manner!! This Dr. needs to take a look at his staff and straighten this lady's attitude out!!
