Richard Jergensen, DDS
Dr. Jergensen is a native of Idaho and spent his first 20 years of life hunting and fishing on the banks of the Snake River. He attended Brigham Young University, receiving a BS in Zoology. He then went on to dental school at The University of the Pacific where he graduated with honors in 1978.
He is skilled in a wide range of general dentistry procedures with a commitment to excellence in all his treatments. He is especially talented at and enjoys cosmetic and restorative procedures and continues his education to stay on the cutting edge of dentistry.
Dr. Jergensen is married and has five children and twelve grandchildren. In his time out of the office he enjoys waterskiing, golf and snow skiing.

Kathy
Kathy has been with our office for almost 18 years. A California native, she grew up in the Bay Area. She attended Diablo Valley College for dental hygiene training, graduating in 1992 and has been working in our office since, as well as a Periodontal …office in Berkeley. She enjoys getting to know her patients and takes great pride in the care and treatment she provides to them.
Kathy is an active church member and also enjoys cooking, quilting, gardening and spending time with her husband and family.

Kathleen
Kathleen has been a Hygienist for Dr. Jergensen since 2004, but has over 30 years of dental training and experience. A native of Oakland, she attended the University of California at Berkeley and received a Bachelors Degree in Social Welfare in 1973. She then decided to enter the dental field and continued her education at Diablo Valley College to receive a degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She enjoys her work and makes every effort to educate her patients on oral health issues.
Kathleen enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, Isla. She roots for the Giants and 49er's and has always liked Mickey Mouse. Some of her hobbies are sewing, gardening and crafts.
DENTAL ASSISTANTS
Linda F.
Linda is the newest member of our team as Dr. Jergensen's RDA. She attended Sacramento Community College to obtain her Dental Assistant Certification and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant Certificate. With 22 years of dental office experience and being bilingual, she has been able to step into the lead RDA position effortlessly. To further her education she currently attends Solano Community College and hopes to someday be a nurse.
She enjoys spending time with her family and taking long rides with her husband on their Harley Davidson.
Alexis
Alexis is our on-call Dental Assistant and has been with us for a year now. She brings so much to our team with her friendly, gentle personality. She graduated from Western Career College and is in the process of becoming an RDA. Dentistry has always been her focus and hopes to be a Hygienist in the future.
When she's not working in our office she likes being outdoors. Camping, walking her dog and snowboarding are just a few of the things she enjoys.
TREATMENT COORDINATORS
Brandy
Brandy has been a part of Dr. Jergensen's team for over 5 years. She spent the first few years as our Front Desk Receptionist getting to know patients and office operations. Her kindness and compassion are always evident in her work and she strives to make every patient's visit as comfortable as possible.
When our Office Administrator of 19 years retired, Brandy easily made the transition into our business office. With an extensive background in business administration she now manages patient care by maintaining records, treatment and financial planning, bookkeeping and ensures that the office operates efficiently.
During her time off she is an avid reader, enjoys music, movies, traveling and spending time with family.
Linda W.
Linda joined our team in the fall of 2008. She is an RDA and assists with x-rays and some patient care in the back office when an extra pair of hands is needed, but her primary function is managing patient scheduling and recordkeeping.
