I saw Dr Johnson in his Garden City location. The building felt like a Mausoleum to me for some reason. Dr. Johnson’s office staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. There was a significant amount of paperwork on the first appointment but I didn’t mind because unlike at other doctors I’ve seen, the questions were extremely relevant to the reason that I was seeing the doctor. I was then introduced to Dr. Johnson who showed me the MRI results on the computer screen and explained things in common language that I could easily comprehend. In addition, Dr. Johnson was open to the questions I had and answered them in a manner that I understood. It’s so rare to find a doctor so professional, so experienced and so knowledgeable who is able to communicate with his patients so well. Thank you Dr. Johnson!

Richard Johnson diagnosed me with a different disease that I have and told me not to come back to him and follow up with my doctor. He should have told me that before he did surgery on my neck. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
