i have found Dr Kim very knowledgeable and a very good communicator which is what I expect from a doctor. He is patient in explaining and answering all of my questions.

Dr. Kim is unprofessional and inconsiderate; he does not care about the well being of his patient. It took him two days to return my phone call after calling several times over two days to report problems after a procedure. He did not explain what to expect after the procedure. He took two days to respond to a question about a medication and he took two days to report to be the results of my tests when I know he had them.

He makes sure you understand everything before you leave the office.

staff is the reason why I won't go back there. staff was unfriendly when I came for my visit.Staff was rude on follow-up phone calls, and didn't follow-up on actions that they took on. They just don't care!Doctor took 5 phone calls and one week to return my call.
