Getting in for your first consultation can take a little while as it seems to be a very busy office. Dr. Kim was very friendly and personable. He took an adequate amount of time with me to listen about the problem I had, and took the time to contact my dentist and other doctors I had seen about the problem to better understand the situation. He was very easy to understand when he explained his diagnosis and what procedures and options I had to take. Follow-ups were prompt and very helpful. Bedside manner was very good. Before surgery Dr. Kim took a moment to see how I was doing and he usually lets you know before you go under. Post surgery Dr. Kim, the staff and the assistants are very helpful and quick to aid you in any way possible. They may not be able to fit you in for a visit that day, but if there is a problem or a concern they will do their best to help you.
