Dr. Kinnard ordered an MRI but refused to deal with Health Insurance Company to get the MRI approved!

I have been coming to this practice for a long time, and have always been treated by Dr. Kinnard. He is professional, courteous, responsive to my questions, and attentive to my needs.

After waiting for over an hour, Dr.Kinnard finally enters the room and repeatedly cuts me off as I try to explain how I received my injury. He was rude, abrupt and condescending.
