Really like Dr. Klein , Staff was very friendly and nice. Best check up ever. They do the wellness visit the right way. very through.

Zero Starts. He should retire. Family member left his office and went to another doctor 1 hour later who admitted him to the hospital ASAP!

Great doctor and staff! The staff is top notch, caring, kind, professional, and well trained. Everyone works effectively and cohesively together. As a first time patient I was tested for things I have never had checked before. Dr. Klein took his time in getting to know me and my medical history, without judgement. Many of my family members will now begin to attend his offie. Thank you Dr. Klein and staff for being so sweet to my boy!

I was so surprised to be treated in such a rude and uncaring manner by a staff member and the doctor. Luckily I found a new doctor that puts the needs of patients first.

Waited long time in waiting room & exam room with door shut & forgotten. Presented with symptoms of Lyme Disease. No exam, told no need to draw blood. Prescribed wrong meds. Saw me very briefly. Thought I had cough & or flu. Had neither. Didn’t have a clue about my condition. Said to come back in 4 weeks. That evening, saw huge red rash on my back after feeling soreness at bite site. Sent him photo. Was told to stop meds by his nurse when I didn’t receive my request for call back & called his office. Staff called doxycycline into my pharmacy. He sent me one-liner reply referring to ELISA test as Lois test. Can’t spell. Asked to return in 1 or 2 weeks. Wrote him truthful email about my experience & that at age 80, I felt he should retire before endangering his patients’ health. Was his patient for many years because he is supposed to be an Infectious Disease Specialist, and I am elderly with Multiple Sclerosis(MS). His bills to Medicare are high. Has huge ego. Couldn’t handle the… truth. Discharged me as his patient! Had to go to ER to get blood drawn for Western Blot test for possible Lyme Disease. If I had not seen huge rash on my back, would have gone undiagnosed! Doesn’t communicate well. Depends on staff & diagnostic equipment too much. Would often leave office early. I think he should be investigated for malpractice!

I asked to see him after my physical, was told yes. When ready to see him I was told my staff he left. Have to make an appt. He has yet to consult with me with my last three years of physical!

Best at everything! Have had this Dr. Since I was 18, am now 48! Have always felt I was in safe hands and no matter what, I always knew he would make me better!

The office staff is good but they do not follow up. The doctor doesn't have a clue as to why you are there. They are now scheduling patients for unnecessary tests. I'm done.
