Dr. Richard Gerard Klopp, MD

Dr Richard Klopp has been my Doctor for many many years I broke my two legs and he got me the help I needed and I am find now. Also he help me keep my husband at home when he had trouble breathing . He always got us the right medicine to get well . So if anybody needs help go to him . He is in the Western Hills area.

Unfortunately, when I have to call the office, I always speak with a very condescending individual that always has a chip on her shoulder. This person has been at the practice for a while. I am sure that I am not the only one that feels this way. Dr Klopp is awesome, not sure why he would tolerate this behavior.

I love seeing Dr. Klopp. I have never had any problems scheduling and he is great in the office. The HUGE problem I have been having over the last year and a half is getting my prescriptions refilled. I do not know if this is the doctor or the office staff (Im assuming office staff). I am on anti-depressent and anti-anxiety medications that you are specifically directed to NOT stop suddenly or without seeing the doctor. However, when I call to get a refill sometimes it will take them up to a week to get it filled. One of the ladies in the office even went as far as to blame Walgreens by saying that they have the problem all the time that Walgreens says they are calling in refills when in fact they are not. I switched my prescriptions to Kroger b/c my insurance was no longer being carried at Walgreens anyway and what do you know..same problem. It has now been THREE weeks and the doctors office keeps telling me that they called in my prescription (which they had originally called… in WRONG...it is a REFILL not a new one so there should be no reason to have it wrong. ) So, three weeks later they still havent fixed it and I am out of the medication. I have been on the phone with them three different times, and three different times they have either failed to call the pharmacy, or called in the wrong prescription again....So, love the doctor when Im in the office, but if this continues I will definitely switch. If you are on medication long term and need refills frequently I would NOT recommend this office.
