Dr. Richard Thomas Knoebel, MD

This man is not a doctor. He is an unethical, uncaring, lying human being. He is not a doctor at all, a doctor takes an oath to be ethical and unbiased and promises to provide the best care.... in no way shape or form does this guy do that . He provides a service for the insurance company! I truly don't know how this man can wake up and look at himself in the mirror!!! He treats everyone as though they don't have a medical issue and that they're all unethical liars but the reality is, that he is the only one that is unethical and a liar... His only purpose for seeing patients is to earn quick money telling insurance companies what they want to hear to ruin people's lives! I can't wait until he stands before God and has to answer for all of the lives that his opinions have ruined!! I hope he is forever tortured by those souls! I pray for karma for all of the people's lives that have been negatively affected by this man.

Says what workers comp wants to hear, regardless of the truth. Would give zero stars if possible. Complete hack. Distorts the facts to fit what workers comp needs to deny your case.

My opinion is that he is a hit man for workers comp. His eval. of me left me wondering if he even had the correct info in front of him. And if i did not have to click a star i would give him no star.

Required to go for his "expert" opinion. He is the worst doctor I have ever gone to. Basically called me a liar and wasn't interested in what I had to say. He DID NOT even exam where my injury was!! When I asked if he wanted to see where it hurt - no, he had his information. So my insurance is willing to pay him a lot of money, instead of just doing surgery so I can heal. I will have to deal with his wrong decision the rest of my life. Do not go to him!

Paid off doctor for workers comp. Do not go and request another doctor.

He is a hack. Don't go to him at all. I don't think he is even practicing medicine. All he does is bogus exams so workers comp will not treat you

I am pretty sure he is not even a practicing doctor. But one workers comp will send you too to deny treatment. He should be banned from practicing medicine. He is not qualified as a back doctor and performed no exam. Using mri's that were too old. Demand and fight anything this thing does to you

he is a hatchet man with a MD? I mean that. He is working for who ever wants to quit paying for a benefit, that you are in titled too! make no mistake, this guy is bad news!
